These terms and conditions govern the communication, creation and training services provided by DIGI COM AGENCY to its clients.
Any mission is preceded by a written, free and non-binding quote detailing the nature of the services, deliverables, deadlines and rates.
The order is deemed firm upon receipt of the signed or written accepted quote, accompanied by any deposit specified in the quote.
Rates are expressed in FCFA. Unless otherwise stated, a 40% deposit is requested at the start, the balance on delivery. Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of the month.
Delivery deadlines are indicated in the quote. Any delay attributable to the client in transmitting the necessary elements may cause a delay in deadlines.
The client validates the key stages (strategy, mockups, content). Any modification request outside the validated scope may be subject to a supplementary quote.
Creations made as part of a mission are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, under the conditions specified in the quote.
DIGI COM AGENCY retains the right to mention the works in its portfolio, unless written agreement to the contrary.
Each party undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information exchanged as part of the mission.
DIGI COM AGENCY's liability is limited to the amount of the mission concerned.
The client remains responsible for the content they provide and the legal compliance of their communications.
Subscription termination terms are specified in each offer.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Mali.
